Inventory Reports

Here's a list of Inventory reports available in the Reports module:

 
  1. Inventory Adjustment: This report lets you see the full details of the adjustments made to your inventory for a given period.
  2. Inventory History: The Inventory history report lets you see inventory in stock at a specific date or time for control purposes.
  3. Items in RMA: This report displays all products that are either defective, sent for repair, awaiting replacement or refund.
  4. Items sold without inventory: This report displays all products sold with negative on-hand
  5. Items with required action: This report displays all products from customers and for which a follow up such as sending to repair, classify as RMA, etc... is required.
  6. Merchandising: This report will be useful if you want a list of your inventory products that do not have a directory code.
  7. On-Hand Inventory: This report details the current quantities of items you have in stock and how many are available on your online store, if applicable.
  8. On-Hand Inventory (Per UPC): This report details the current quantities of items you have in inventory, all the UPCs you have assigned to them, and how many are available on your online store, if applicable.
  9. On-Hand Inventory and Sales Curves: This report provides your sales, and sales curve for the last 90 days.
  10. Programmed STAs: This report lists all on-going STAs (Sell Through Allowance).
  11. Replenishment: This report is very useful for you to completely detail the inventory to order or to move. It is important to maintain the data of the Purchase module as well as your supplier orders to ensure the relevance of the numbers represented.
  12. Transferred Items: This report details the items that have been transferred to stores in your network but not owned by the same owner for a specific period of time.
  13. Transferred Items (Same Owner): Some of our clients have multiple stores that are administered by the same person. If this is the case for you, it is advantageous for you to be able to see which items have been transferred between your stores.
