In order to use Alice POS efficiently, here are the prerequisites:
Computers
Alice POS only works in Windows-based environments. We recommend using Windows 10. Please note that the software is compatible with 7/8/8.1 but those versions are not supported by Microsoft or Alice POS.
Tablets
Alice POS is compatible with Intel-based Microsoft tablets such as the Microsoft Surface series and Windows-based Intel tablets. Alice POS has a touch-screen functionality that can be enabled for use on touch-screen devices. Whether it be computers or tablets, we are planning on making Alice POS compatible with iOS and Android devices in the future.
