Connect Alice with a CardConnect Clover terminal (USA ONLY)

How to install and configure a Clover terminal

Please ensure you have the necessary information before contacting Alice POS. Simply reach out to your provider and gather the required details as outlined below.

 

On our side, we will enter:

  • https://bolt.cardpointe.com/api
  • https://fts.cardconnect.com/cardconnect/rest/

Enter the information from your CCBolt account that you received from your supplier/vendor:

 

Test the connection between Alice and your unit:

 

If you get an error message that it cannot connect to the TPV. The client need to contact the supplier (Cardpointe) and make sure that they can login to thier interface and retrive the information needed for Alice. If not, the client needs to contact them directly in order to receive an email with all the required information.

For Clover Mini models, all cards must point to : CardConnect - Bolt

 

 

When you VOID a transaction, it never goes thru to the customer so there is no money to return.

You only do a VOID if the original transaction has NOT been batched out.  After it batches out, you do a REFUND and that would show a return $$ amount.
